KVAL Acro-HD Operation/Service Manual

Using the Frame Alignment Lifts

The Frame Alignment Lifts are used to position a frame for easy attachment to a door.There are
two independent controls on each side of the machine. It is recommended that two operators per-
form this operation to streamline the process.

15.

After the door is securely clamped,

press and hold (or tap) the

Door

Pivot

pedal a third time to raise

the door.

16.

Grab the door and flip it to the

opposite side.

17.

To bring the door down to the rollers, press and hold (or tap) the

Door Pivot

Down

pedal.

18.

Complete the assembly.

19.

To unclamp the door, press and hold (or tap) the

Door Pivot

Down

pedal a second

time.

20.

Press and hold (or tap) the

Door Pivot

Down

pedal a third time to move the clamps

out of position. Use the Acrobat to remove the door from machine.

During the process of inserting the door

light, attach the head and the door sill
sweep.

Clamp the door and flip it. See steps 15

and 16 on page 2-12.

Get frames ready to attach to the door.

Pull out the black button on each side to lift the frame
alignment pads.
