How to Access to Tooling

This section describes the steps to change the pre-drill bits, router bits, and chisels.

Getting Access the Hinge Carriages

Shutdown the machine and follow the

Lockout/Tagout

procedures.

After machine is locked and tagged out, loosen remove the screws from the Top

Dust Cover.

Fold back cover to access the bit assemblies.

Getting Access the Lock Carriages

Shutdown the machine and follow the

Lockout/Tagout

procedures.

After machine is locked and tagged out, release the air by opening the push connec

tion.

Climb in to the well and move the

Lock Carriage

to allow access to the tooling.

Always follow Lockout/Tagout Procedures

This machine is a powerful electro-mechanical motion control system. If servic
