PT5040 Operation Manual Chapter 6 Introduction to [SYSTEM]



Off Turn off the password function. When user turns on or unlocks the instrument, it is

not required to input password.

Note: When turning off the password function, it is required to input the password.



Modify This key is used to modify the password. The instrument will prompt user to input

old password, new password and new password again in turn. (Press ESC to exit

from modifying password.)

Note: Only numbers can be used as password.

Language

Move the cursor to this zone, following soft keys will be displayed.

Date can be set in this zone. The display format is like 2012/06/06. Move the cursor to this zone,

numbers, soft keys are not available. User can press ENTER to terminate inputting (In the

state of inputting, if it is required to exit from modifying, press ESC.).

Time

Time can be set in this zone. The display format is like 06:08:28. Move the cursor to this zone,

following soft keys can be used.

They are soft keys used to adjust time by 1.


