Service work to be performed when required

9.7 Service work to be performed when required

9.7.1 Cleaning the glass plate.

If the glass plate is dirty, components and pins will not be detected.

To clean the glass plate:

a) Let the machine cool down to a safe temperature.

b) Clean the glass plate with a lint-free cloth and a commercial glass cleaner.

If heavily soiled with flux or solder paste:

c) Use a detergent recommended by the flux or solder paste manufacturer. Never

work with hard or sharp objects!
