Operation/Driving
Control Panel (1950 Pure & 1950 Urban):
The control panel can be found in the
front footboard area. The following
functions can be accessed through
control panel:
• Turn on the vehicle:
The button to turn the vehicle On and
Off can be found in the front area
of the control panel (area facing the
frontal wheel) in order to avoid an
accidental activation. To switch the
kickboard On or Off, press the button
once (appx. 2 seconds).
• Activation & deactivation of the
vehicle’s lighting system (1950
Urban):
The lighting system of the Urban mo-
del activates itself automatically by
activating the power button.
To manually activate and deactivate
the lighting system, press and hold
the power button again for appx. 2
seconds.
According to traffic regulations, dri-
ving without lights, even during the
day, is prohibited.
• Power off the vehicle:
To switch the vehicle off, press the
power button a third time for appx. 2
seconds.
• Charge the battery:
To charge your Kumpan 1950, firstly
connect the charging plug with the
kickboard’s charging socket. (On the
control panel- see p.34).
In order to do so, open the rubber co-
ver of the charging socket.
Plug the charging device’s power plug
into the 110 V household outlet.
After the completed charging process,
firstly, unplug the charger’s power
plug, then the charging plug from the
control panel.

Advice:
Following the chronology when con-
necting and disconnecting the char-
ging device is important. Otherwise
there is a danger of damaging the
functionality of your kickboard.
Prior to the initial usage, please char-
ge your Kumpan 1950 completely.
Please note that the first charging
process might take longer than the
indicated charging time.
