10.2 Cleaning the machine

- Clean the machine thoroughly:

• The rotor.
• The inner panels.

In case of clogging, pivot scraper crossbar:

- Clean roller scraper bar.

10.2.1 Cleaning the roller scraper bar



Maxipacker roller

- Loosen bolts (3).
- Remove nut (1).
- Remove tensioner (2).
- Insert lever in sheath (4).

- Proceed the same way on the other side.

- Pivot scraper bar using lever.
- Clean roller scraper bar.

- Replace scraper bar in its initial position.
- Fit tensioner (2).
- Fit nut (1):

• Torque: 22 daNm (162 lbf ft).

- Torque bolts to (3):

• Torque: 22 daNm (162 lbf ft).

- Proceed the same way on the other side.

- Regularly clean roller and roller scraper bar.
