WARNING

Danger of crushing and shearing through uncoupled
solid fertiliser broadcaster

If the retaining screw (slide feeds K and R) is released while the
returning springs are under tension and there is air in the hydraulic
pipe, the stop lever can snap back unexpectedly and forcefully
against the end of the outlet.
This can cause crush injuries to the fingers of the operator.



If the solid fertiliser broadcaster is parked without the trac-
tor, please open metering slide fully. This way the springs
will be de-tensioned.



Never stick your fingers in the guide slits of the application
rate setting device.
