LUBRICANTS AND FUEL
Note *1 Oil amount when the oil level is at the upper level of the oil level gauge.
A To prevent serious damage to hydraulic systems, use only KUBOTA genuine fluid or its equivalent.

Engine Oil:
A Oil used in the engine should have an American Petroleum Institute (API) service classification and proper SAE
Engine Oil according to the ambient temperatures as shown above.

Fuel:

Clean, fresh, unleaded gasoline.

A minimum of 87 octane / 87AKI (90 RON).
A Gasoline with up to 10% ethanol (gasohol) or up to 15% MTBE (methyl tertiary butyl ether) is acceptable.

Do not use unapproved gasoline, such as E85. Do not mix oil in gasoline or modify the engine to run on alternate
fuels. This will damage the engine components and
void the engine warranty .

High Altitude:
This engine may require a high altitude carburetor kit to ensure correct engine operation at altitudes above 4000 ft.
(1219 meters). Operation without this kit will cause decreased performance, increased fuel consumption, and
increased emissions.
This engine should be operated in its original configuration below 4000 ft. (1219 meters) as damage may occur if
high altitude carburetor kit is installed and operated below 4000 ft. (1219 meters).
