KMG000-014

The intermediate universal shafts (1) for the mower drives are connected with the friction
clutches (2) towards the input gearbox. The supporting chains (3) are fastened onto the three-
point hitch (4). The friction clutch protects the tractor and the machine from damage.

Pole protection mechanism

WARNING

Risk of accident due to changed driving behaviour

If the value for the spring on the impact damage protection system is changed, the trigger
moment of the impact damage protection system also changes. As a result, the impact
damage protection system may trigger in the transport position in case of abrupt loads and
the driving behaviour may change. This can lead to accidents.

Never

change the value for the spring on the impact damage protection system.

KMG000-032

The disc mower is equipped with a so-called impact damage protection system in order to
protect it from damage when driving onto obstacles. After the impact damage protection system
is triggered, the mower swivels back. The impact damage protection system engages again as
soon as the mower is moved back.

The trigger moment is factory preset.
