Moving deflection roll on the rear bale formation conveyor
If it was determined, when checking the rear bale formation conveyor (
), that
the tensioning rockers were too close to each other, the deflection roll must be moved.

The side hood on the left side of the machine is open.

The rear side guard on the left side of the machine side has been removed.
Removing the scraper (3).
Remove the threaded pin from the adjusting ring on the deflection shaft (2) and remove the
adjusting ring.
Remove the deflection shaft (2).
Mount the deflection shaft (2) with the deflection shaft (1) in position (II).
Push the adjusting ring onto the deflection shaft (2) and secure with the threaded pin.
Mount the scraper (3) at a higher position.
Check whether the tensioning rocker touches the belt and causes brush marks on the belt.
If the tensioning rocker touches the belt:
Mount the deflection roll (1) in position (I) as described above.
INFORMATION
Only mount the deflection roll (1) in position (I) if the tensioning rocker continues to touch the
belt. The belt is otherwise unnecessary loaded.
