Venting control block

Original Operating Instructions 150000748_01_en

Collect escaping hydraulic oil in a suitable container and dispose of properly.

Without “starter aid” version:

Actuate a function (e. g. bale ejector) several times until the

oil flows out without bubbles.

For the “starter aid” version:

Activate the starter aid via the terminal repeatedly until the

escaping hydraulic oil runs out bubble-free.

When the escaping hydraulic oil runs out bubble-free, tighten the hexagon socket-head
screw (2).

19.4.2

Venting control block when the system screw is screwed in

To depressurise the system, move the control unit (

) into the float position.

Shut down and safeguard the machine,

refer to page 26

Screw in the system screw (1) up to the stop.

WARNING! Increased risk of injury!

There is an increased risk of injury when the tractor

engine is running. Thus, secure the tractor against rolling away and never turn on the PTO
shaft.

Start the tractor.

In order to supply the hydraulic system with pressure, set the control unit (

) to

pressure.

Using an allen key (2 mm), loosen the inner hexagon socket-head screw (2) by one turn.

Collect escaping hydraulic oil in a suitable container and dispose of properly.

Without “starter aid” version:

Actuate a function (e. g. bale ejector) several times until the

oil flows out without bubbles.

For the “starter aid” version:

Activate the starter aid via the terminal repeatedly until the

escaping hydraulic oil runs out bubble-free.

Test run for tractor with Load Sensing system and machine with starter
aid

The system screw (1) is screwed in until the stop is reached.

The flywheel brake is released.

The hydraulic hose (

) is connected.
