12 Disposal and recycling
12.1 Safety

n Safety goggles
n Protective gloves
n Safety shoes

Life threatening risk of injury or property damage through the application of hazardous
media!
The contact with hazardous media can lead to death, most severe injuries or property
damage.
Note:
– Always adhere to the safety data sheet of the utilised medium.
The owner is responsible for the presence and the up-to-date status of the safety data
sheet and the associated creation of the risk assessment of the effected workstations.
– Wear respective safety equipment.
ENVIRONMENT!
Environmental hazard due to incorrect disposal!
Incorrect disposal may cause environmental hazards.
– Electric scrap, electronic components, lubricants, and other auxiliary materials must be
disposed of by authorised specialised companies.
– Batteries, rechargeable batteries, and oils must be disposed of by authorised specialised
companies.
– If in doubt, obtain information about environmentally-appropriate disposal with the local
municipalities or specialised disposal companies.
12.2 Disposal and recycling
If no return or disposal agreement has been made, recycle the dismantled parts:

Scrap metals.
n Recycle plastic components.
