Lift the cartridge housing

of the flange cover. Hold the idle screws

in the process.

Remove the idle screws.

Take the bearing bush set

, consisting of the bearing bush and segment washer (segment
washer only at
Size 32 – 42, 55 – 660, 880
), off the idle screws and keep it for mounting.

Size 32 – 42, 55 – 660, 880, 2250 – 3550:
Remove the edge sealing rings

from the flange
cover.

Remove the flat gasket

at the flange cover.

Remove the O-ring

from the flange cover and lift the flange cover from the main screw.

Unclamp the main screw

, rotate it by 180° and clamp again.

Size 32 – 42, 55 – 118, 160 – 660, 880:
Remove the supporting ring

and circlip

from the main screw. Pull the balancing cylinder

from the main screw.

Press the balancing cylinder

onto the shaft of the main screw

. Slide the circlip ring

supporting ring

onto the main screw.

Unclamp the main screw, rotate it by 180° and clamp again.

Mount the flange cover
