12.6 Replacing the ball bearing and screw set (inner bearing)

Clamp the pump at the main screw. Ensure that the shaft is not damaged in the process.

Size 15 – 660, 880
(figure left): Remove the socket screws

Lift the cartridge housing

of the flange cover. Hold the idle screws

Remove the idle screws.

Take the bearing bush set

), off the idle screws and keep it for mounting.

Size 15 – 660, 880, 2250 – 3550:
Remove the edge sealing rings

from the flange cover.

Remove the flat gasket

at the flange cover.

Remove the O-ring

from the flange cover and lift the flange cover from the main screw.

Unclamp the main screw

, rotate it by 180° and clamp again.
10. Remove the circlip

and supporting ring

11. Use an extractor to pull the ball bearing

off the main screw.

Pull off the balancing cylinder
