4.6 DRIVE

BAY

The hard drive unit is mounted onto a drive bay to simplify installation and maintenance
operations.

To remove the hard disk:
1. Power off the system and disconnect the power cable.
2. Remove the cover of the system by unscrewing the two captive-panel fasteners located

at the back of the system. Lift the back of the cover and pull it out.

3. Remove the four screws retaining the drive carrier (see above illustration).
