5.8. SerDes Interfaces
The SerDes Interface in the LS1028A has four lanes. The PCIe and Ethernet interfaces are connected to these four
lanes with some restrictions.
The four predefined PCIe SMARC Lane-A to Lane-D are mapped to the SerDes Lanes of the LS1028A in a special
order.

There are maximum 2 PCIe controller and following combinations possible:
 2x PCIe x1 (PCIe x1: PCIE_A and PCIe x1: PCIE_B)
 1x PCIe x1 + 1x SATA (PCIe x1: PCIE_A and SATA: PCIE_B)
 1x PCIe x2 + 1x PCIe x1 (PCIe x2: PCIE_B x2 and PCIe x1: PCIE_C)
 2x PCIe x2 (PCIe x2: PCIE_B and PCIe x2: PCIE_D)
 1x PCIe x4, possible with custom carrier, because special lane order (CDAB instead of ABCD)
