9.3.1 Overview of the Schedule Screen
The Schedule Screen shows the active jobs including reserved jobs using bars. It visually displays the time
frame, trays to be used, remaining amount of paper, and timing to stop the operation for each job so that you
can figure out the timing of paper supply or tray switching work in advance. It also allows you to change the
order of reserved jobs from the job bar display, or to change the paper tray specified for a reserved job.
The job bar display shows the relation between the paper tray to be used in a job and the following:

Estimated time to start and complete the job

Time required for the job (minute)
The Schedule Screen will be reloaded when the machine goes into the following conditions.

When a paper tray is loaded, pulled out, or changed in paper amount

When the Tray Setting has been changed
-
When a job operation has started or restarted
-
When a reserved job is added, deleted, or changed in output order
-
When an output job is completed
-
When the screen has not been reloaded for more than 30 seconds during output
