DC power supply (DCPU)

1.

Remove the fuser unit.

2.

Remove the high voltage unit.

3.

Remove the ADF.

4.

Remove the scanner unit.

5.

Remove the operation panel.

6.

Remove the cooling fan motor.

7.

Remove seven screws [1], and
remove the upper cover [2].

8.

Remove the screw [1], and remove
the exit drive assy [2].

9.

Disconnect three connectors [3].

CAUTION

• Note that in the event of DC power supply failure, it can take long before

voltage drops even after turning OFF the power switch.
To avoid electrical shock, after turning OFF the power switch, do not
touch the DC power supply for 9 minutes.
