To check the job details

In the Basic screen, touch [Job List].

The Job List screen appears.

Display the list containing the job whose details are to be checked.

Select the job whose details are to be checked, and then touch [Detail].

–

If an incorrect job was selected, select a different job or touch the 
button for the selected job again to deselect it.

The Check Detail screen appears.

After the desired information has been checked, touch [Close] or [Exit] 
or press the [Reset] key.

–

To return to the screen displayed before [Detail] was touched, 
touch [Close].

–

To return to the Basic screen, touch [Exit] or press the [Reset] key.

Detail 

To delete a queued job or job being performed, touch [Delete] in the 
Check Detail screen.

If [Detail] appears in the Check Detail screen for a job selected from the 
Scan or Fax TX tab, detailed information is available on the multiple re-
cipients that the data was sent to with broadcast transmission. To view 
the information, touch [Detail].
