Saving Fax numbers and Email Addresses on E Series MFPs
1. Press [Menu].
2. Select [Utility].
3. Select [Create One-Touch Destination].
4. Select [Address Book].
5. Select [Email] or [Fax].

6. Enter the name as you would like it to appear on the screen.

Choose how you would like your entry to be indexed ( ABC, DEF, Favorites, Etc...)

Enter the full email address or fax number.

Select [OK] twice.

To enter a fax
number; highlight
display keypad,
then enter the
number EXACTLY as
you would dial it.
