Presentation overview

By default, the display presentation covers the entire screen.

This screen capture shows you a typical operational situation.

The presentation provides you with a lot of information. You can see one echogram view
and several sensor views presenting data in different ways. The top bar shows you
navigational information, and offers buttons for key functions. The menu system on the
right side gives you easy access to all the functionality offered by the TV80 system.

A

Top bar

The top bar is located at the top of the display presentation and stretches from the
far left to the far right. It provides buttons for hiding and showing the menu, making
screen captures, opening the

Messages

dialog box, and opening context-sensitive

help.

Echogram view

The

echogram

view shows the data received from an specified TrawlEye sensor.

C

Sensor views

The graphical presentation of sensor data will normally occupy the greater part
of the TV80 presentation. In the TV80 program, the presentation of sensor data
is organized in views. The combination of the different views in the TV80
presentation is referred to as

Layout

. Each view contains one or more “gauges”.
