Maintenance for every 50, 100, 250, 500, 1000, 2000 and 4000 hours service should be carried out at the same
time.

REPLACE ENGINE HIGH-PRESSURE PIPING CLAMPS

Contact your Komatsu distributor to have the engine high-pressure clamps replaced.

REPLACE FUEL SPRAY PREVENTION CAP

Contact your Komatsu distributor to have the fuel spray prevention cap replaced.

OVERHAUL STARTING MOTOR AND ALTERNATOR

Ask your Komatsu distributor to carry out this work.
