METHOD FOR CHANGING OIL IN AXLE CASE AND CLEANING AXLE CASE

WARNING
• When changing the oil, apply the parking brake and secure the front and rear frames with the frame
lock bar.
• Immediately after the engine is stopped, its parts and oil are still very hot and may cause burn in-
jury. Wait for the temperature to go down, and then start the work.
• If the plug is removed, oil may spurt out, so turn it slowly to release the internal pressure, then re-
move it carefully.
Refill capacity
Front: 59 ℓ
Rear: 59 ℓ
1.
Park the machine on a level place.
2.
Raise the boom and support it with hydraulic jack.
A: Front, B: Rear
3.
Place a container under the drain plug (P) to catch the
drained oil.
4.
Remove the front and rear plugs (1), then remove the
drain plug (P) to drain the oil.
REMARK
Remove the mud and dirt from around plug (1), then re-
move the plug.
5.
After draining the oil, clean the drain plug (P) and install it.
6.
Loosen the bolts (2) (9 pieces) and remove the cover (3).
