Change oil in transmission case and transmission oil filter cartridge, clean strainer
WARNING
!
The parts and oil are at high temperature after the engine is
stopped, and may cause burns. Wait for the temperature to
go down before starting the work.
!
When removing the oil filler cap, turn it slowly to release the
internal pressure, then remove it.
!
Refill capacity: 54 liters
!
Filter wrench
1. Remove mounting bolts (2) of cover (1) under the machine,
then remove the cover.
2. Set a container to catch the oil under drain plug (P), then
remove drain plug (P) and drain the oil.
To prevent the oil from pouring out suddenly, loosen drain
plug (P) and remove it gradually.
3. After draining the oil, install drain plug (P).
Tightening torque: 68.6 ± 9.8 Nm
4. Set a container to catch the oil under the transmission filter.
5. Remove drain plug (3) of the transmission filter, drain the oil,
then tighten the plug again.
6. Using a filter wrench, turn filter cartridge (4) to the left to
remove it.
7. Clean in the filter holder, coat the seal surface and thread of
the new filter cartridge with engine oil, then install it.
8. When the seal surface comes into contact with the filter
holder, tighten a further 2/5 turns with the filter wrench.
9. Remove 4 bolts (5), move tube (6), then remove strainer (7).
10. Remove any dirt stuck to strainer (7), then wash it in clean
diesel fuel or flushing oil. If strainer (7) is damaged, replace it
with a new part.
11. Install strainer (7) in the case.
Replace the O-ring of tube (6) with a new part, then install
tube (6).
