METHOD FOR REPLACING HYDRAULIC TANK BREATHER ELEMENT

WARNING

• Immediately after the engine is stopped, its parts and oil are still very hot and may cause burn in-

jury. Wait for the temperature to go down, and start the work.

• When removing the oil filler cap, the oil may spout out. Turn it slowly to release the internal pres-

sure, then remove it.

Open dirt cover (1).

Lock securely with cover support lever (2).

Loosen bolt (3) and remove plate (4) on the top of oil filler
port (F).

Remove the cap of oil filler port (F) gradually to release the
internal pressure.

Remove the cap of oil filler port (F).

Remove nut (6) of breather (5), and then remove cover (7).

Replace filter element (8) with a new one.

Install cover (7) and nut (6).

METHOD FOR DRAINING THE HYDRAULIC OIL TANK

(for machines in which synthetic biodegradable oil HEES is used)
