HANDLING ACCUMULATORS
WARNING
After stopping the engine, always raise the safety lock to the
LOCK position.
The accumulators are filled with high-pressure nitrogen gas,
and it is extremely dangerous if they are handled in the
wrong way.
Always observe the following precautions.
●
Never make any hole in the accumulators or expose them
to flame or fire.
●
Do not weld any boss to the accumulators.
●
When disposing of accumulators, it is necessary to re-
lease the gas from the accumulators, so please contact
your Komatsu distributor.
