3.
Check the front and rear surfaces of the condenser fins
(3), aftercooler fins (4), radiator fins (5), oil cooler fins (6)
and the fuel cooler fins (7). Remove mud, dirt, or leaves
accumulated on the fins with compressed air.
NOTICE
Steam or water may be used instead of the com-
pressed air. However, maintain sufficient distance
when steam cleaning (high-pressure machine wash)
the fins. If steam cleaning (high-pressure machine
wash) is performed too close, there is a danger that
the fins will be deformed resulting in premature dam-
age and breakage.
4.
Check the integrity of the hoses and clamps.
If the rubber hoses are cracked or fragile, replace them.
If the hose clamp is loose, tighten it.

WARNING
• When using compressed air, there is a danger that dirt may scatter and cause personal injury. Al-
ways wear personal protective items such as protective eyeglasses and dust mask.
• Always check that the slide door is locked at the open or closed position before cleaning FRESH or
RECIRC filter. Do not block the sliding door, this could suddenly move with the risk of crushing fin-
gers and breakage of the cover.
NOTICE
• If the machine is used in particularly dusty workplaces, reduce the maintenance interval and clean
the filter more frequently.
• When washing the floor, take care not to wet the filtering element.
