3.3.9 UNAUTHORIZED OPERATIONS

WARNING

q

If it is necessary to operate the work equipment control levers while the machine is moving, carry out 
this operation with the maximum care.

q

PERATIONS FOR WHICH IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO EXPLOIT 
THE TURRET SWING

 

Do not use the turret swing force to compact soil or break earth 
mounds or walls.

 

When swinging the turret, do not dig the bucket teeth into the 
ground.

 

These operations will damage the work equipment.

OPERATIONS FOR WHICH IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO 
EXPLOIT THE TRAVEL FORCE OF THE MACHINE

 

Do not dig the bucket into the ground and do not use the travel 
force to carry out digging operations. This may damage the 
machine or the work equipment.

PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN WHEN USING THE 
HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS

 

When using the machine, do not reach the end of stroke with 
the cylinders, but always leave a safety margin.

 

If the cylinders reach the end of stroke, excessive force may be 
applied to the cylinders and this may damage the pins, the 
boom, the arm and the frame.

EXCAVATION ON HARD ROCKY GROUND

 

It is advisable to carry out excavations on hard rocky ground 
after breaking it up with some other means, in order to avoid 
damaging the machine and to ensure a more economic use of 
the same.
