The intelligent Machine Control cannot be performed but other work than the intelligent Machine Control can be
performed, since the intelligent Machine Control function is limited.
If this caution lamp does not go out, ask your Komatsu distributor for inspection and maintenance.
Intelligent Machine Control SYSTEM STATE CAUTION LAMP
the intelligent Machine Control system state caution lamp
warns about abnormality of intelligent machine control system
such as controller connecting condition.
Action level “L04”
The caution lamp lights up in red and the alarm buzzer sounds
continuously.
Stop the machine immediately, and have the inspection and
maintenance performed.
Ask your Komatsu distributor for an inspection and mainte-
nance.
Action level “L03”
The caution lamp lights up in red and the alarm buzzer sounds intermittently.
Stop the operation, move the machine to a safe place, and have the inspection and maintenance performed.
Ask your Komatsu distributor for an inspection and maintenance.
When action level “L01” is displayed
The caution lamp lights up in yellow.
Sensor related to the intelligent Machine Control has a trouble.
The intelligent Machine Control cannot be performed but other work than the intelligent Machine Control can be
performed, since the intelligent Machine Control function is limited.
If this caution lamp does not go out, ask your Komatsu distributor for inspection and maintenance.
CALIBRATION STATE CAUTION LAMP
Calibration state caution lamp displays the calibration state of
the sensor of the intelligent Machine Control.
When calibration is not completed
The caution lamp lights up in yellow, and action level “L01” is
displayed.
Calibration for the sensor of the intelligent Machine Control in-
stalled to the machine is not completed.
The intelligent Machine Control cannot be performed since the
intelligent Machine Control function is limited. Works other than
the intelligent Machine Control can be performed.
Ask your Komatsu distributor for an inspection and maintenance.
IMU STATE CAUTION LAMP
IMU state caution lamp warns about abnormality of IMU.
When abnormal
The caution lamp lights up in yellow. (Action level is not dis-
played.)
IMU has not been started normally.
Wait until caution lamp goes out, or turn the starting switch to
OFF position once and to ON position again.
Since IMU does not operate normally, the intelligent Machine
Control cannot be performed but other work than the intelligent
Machine Control can be performed.
