Hold down the “Set” button for 0.5 seconds or longer.
The bucket parameter obtained by automatic calibration
calculation is written in Komatsu controller, and the display
returns to the menu screen.
“Bucket Tooth Calibration” is completed.

Tap  the  “Next”  button  and  if  automatic  calibration  calculation
fails, error screen is displayed.
In  this  case,  the  numeric  value  which  has  been  input  may  be
wrong.
Tap the “Back” button, and check back the input result.
Tap  the  RETURN  button  and  the  display  returns  to  menu
screen. At that time, the value which has been input and meas-
ured will be reset.

METHOD FOR ACTING WHEN COMMUNICATION ERROR OR SENSOR ERROR
OCCURS (BUCKET TOOTH)

A communication error has occurred between Komatsu control-
ler and control box if the error screen shown in the figure is dis-
played while performing the bucket tooth calibration.
Tap RETURN button to stop the calibration, and return to the
menu screen in this case.
After the error is resolved, perform the calibration again.
