IDN89 MDT Transmission Starting Time
The time at which the master should transmit the MDT, after the end of the MST, during
CP3 and CP4. The MDT Transmission Starting Time must be downloaded from the mas-
ter during CP2. The “MDT Transmission Starting Time” is limited by the CCT (IDN2), the
“Transmit/Receive Transmission Time” (IDN4) the “AT Transmission Starting Time”
(IDN6) and the “Receive to Receive Recovery Time” (IDN88) according to the following
restrictions.
