FRICTIONAL FORCE
Mount the loading pan on the calibration fixture. Suspend a loading pan to the load cell
sensing head. Put 1 KG weight on the pan and observe the frictional force display on the
controller front panel. It should show 9.8 N.
TEMPERATURE
Place the thermocouple connected to indicator and calibrated thermometer in a glass of
hot water (oil). The temperature value on the indicator and that of a thermometer
should be equal.
SPEED
A calibrated tachometer is required to measure the RPM.
TIMER
Use a calibrated stop watch to measure the elapsed time.
