1. How to Charge

the Battery Pack

NOTICE:

This lithium-ion

battery pack is shipped
partially charged. Before

charge the battery pack.

A fully discharged battery
pack model K18-LBS23A will
charge in about 30 minutes
in a surrounding temperature
between 32°F (0°C) and
104°F (40°C).

a. Always charge the

battery pack with the
correct charger.

b. Connect the charger to

a power supply.

c. Attach the battery pack to the charger by aligning the raised ribs

of the battery pack with the slot in the charger. Slide the battery
pack onto the charger (Fig. 1).
