Measurement with CIP/SIP

When using the SE740 optical oxygen sensor, the temperature can be monitored during the CIP/SIP
process. When the preset cut-off temperature is exceeded, the sensor automatically stops the oxygen
measurement to extend the life of the membrane. The measured oxygen value is frozen,
the temperature continues to be measured.

is displayed.

Maintenance

A maintenance required message is shown in off-limit conditions; the corresponding NAMUR icon

is displayed.

Autoclaving Counter

An autoclaving counter is available for the SE740 oxygen sensor.

When the autoclaving counter is switched on, a maximum number of cycles can be entered. As soon
as the autoclaving counter has reached the specified value, a maintenance required message is
triggered and the NAMUR icon

is displayed.

After each autoclaving process, you must manually increment the autoclaving counter in the
Maintenance menu.
