ORP Calbration/Adjustment
The potential of a redox electrode is calibrated using a redox (ORP) buffer solu-
tion. In the course of that, the difference between the measured potential and
the potential of the calibration solution is determined. This potential difference
is printed on the calibration solution bottle and is defined as the voltage across
the redox electrode and a reference electrode.

During measurement this difference is added to the measured potential.

ORP related to the standard hydrogen electrode (SHE)
The oxidation-reduction potential can also be calibrated automatically with
respect to the standard hydrogen electrode (SHE). To do so, you must first
select the reference electrode used (see Parameter setting).
The temperature behavior of the reference electrode is automatically taken into
account.
You can choose from the following types of reference electrodes:
Ag/AgCl, KCl 1 mol/l
(silver/silver chloride)
Ag/AgCl, KCl 3 mol/l
(silver/silver chloride)
Hg, Tl/TlCl, KCl 3.3 mol/l
(Thalamid)
Hg/Hg
