3. Product information
3.1 Features
3.1.1 Detector
The UV/VIS detector AZURA® UVD 2.1L is a variable single wavelength
detector, designed for measuring quickly and precisely in the ultraviolet
and visual spectral range.
The detector can be used in analytical and preparative HPLC systems.
It is used in laboratories to analyze substance mixtures. In an HPLC sys-
tem, the device serves to detect substances in liquids and show their
concentration.
3.1.2 Flow cells
Various types of flow cells are available to the user. Pay attention to the
compatibility of the flow cells.
Note:
A test cell is preassembled to the detector. Before the detector can
be used for measurements the test cell has to be replaced by a flow cell.
The fiber optics version of the detector is delivered without a test cell.
3.2 Scope of delivery
