Foot Switch Connection 

The foot switch cable (8) is to be connected to the 5-pin connection socket (6) and secured by 
screwing on. The foot switch (9) must be positioned in a way that it is easily accessible for the 
operator. 

 

CAUTION

 

Risk of injury by accidental laser activation!

 

The foot switch is equipped with magnetic reed contacts. Magnetic fields in the immediate 
vicinity can cause accidental activation of the foot switch and thus uncontrolled emission of 
laser light. 

•

 

Keep the foot switch away from magnetic fields (MRI in particular)! 

•

 

Keep magnetic materials away from the foot switch!
