Screw Locking
All screws that are mounted during initial installation or replaced in the context of inspection or conversion
measures must be original spare screws equipped with threadlocker.
Spare screws supplied by Gebrüder Martin come with a PA coating (blue polyamide coating) as
threadlocker.
Risk of loosening of non-secured screw connections!
If screws are mounted without threadlocker (thread-locking fluid/compound), they may break loose over
time in the course of using the light.

Observe “Secure screws using threadlocker”.
•
If dismounted screws are reinserted, a thread-locking fluid must be used.
Screws affected by this risk are marked in this document with the following symbol.
Secure screws using threadlocker!
•
Always secure screws when re-inserting them, using suitable (medium-strength)
threadlocker (e.g. DELO-ML® 5249).
•
Alternatively, use a spare screw with PA coating.
