Mounting Optional Equipment 

On delivery of the system ex works, the listed options are already pre-installed. 

7.5.1

 

Mounting the Extension Arm Light (only for Retrofitting) 

 

 

The indirect extension arm light 

 (possible for 

extension arms from 800 mm length) is 
mounted on top of the extension arm. 
For reasons of simplification, the illustration 
shows the extension arm with spring arm 

 

without cables. 

•

 

Remove 3 closing plugs (not illustrated) 
from the top of the extension arm and 
dispose of appropriately. 

•

 

Feed the connection cable   on the base 
support with LED   through the mounting 
opening   in the extension arm without 
bending it. 

•

 

Place cover panel   on the base support 
with LED   and screw on using 
2 countersunk screws   M4 x 16 mm 
DIN EN ISO 10642.

Make sure the extension arm light 

 is safely in place: 

•

 

The extension arm light 

 must butt against the extension arm. 

•

 

The connection cable   on the base support with LED   must be placed in the extension 
arm.
