Switching off the Device 

•

 

Turn key in the key switch from position 

1

 to 

0

. 

 

CAUTION

 

Risk of injury

 

Any laser device that is not being used must be protected against unauthorized use.  

•

 

Remove the key from the key switch and store it in a safe location. 

 

 

•

 

Remove laser fiber and handle according to instructions for use.  

•

 

Clean the accessory equipment and store in a safe location. 

•

 

Clean and disinfect the outer surfaces of the device with a cloth according to the hygiene 
regulations. Make sure that no liquids can enter the device openings. Sprays must not be 
used under any circumstances!  

 

NOTICE

 

Moisture must not enter the SMA-X fiber socket.

Emergency Stop 

•

 

Press the red EMERGENCY-STOP switch. 
—

 

The laser immediately stops the emission of light. The device is fully disconnected from 
the grid. 

•

 

Turn key switch to position 

0

. 

•

 

Bring the 

EMERGENCY-STOP switch

 into the pulled position before reactivating the 

device. 

 

NOTICE

 

Do not use the EMERGENCY-STOP switch for regular switching off of the device!
