NTRODUCTION
The aim of this manual is to describe the procedures and the prescriptions that have to be followed in order
to guarantee:

operators’ safety
•
proper use of the machine
•
best performances
It is necessary for the operator to read and learn this manual before the first start up of the
machine.
Due to the importance of these informations we recommend to:
•
always keep this manual at hand for an easy consultation.
•
keep the manual in a safe place in order not to damage or lose it.
•
ask the manufacturer/supplier for a copy in case of damage.
•
always enclose this manual and the manufacturer’s data in case of selling.
The manufacturer has the right to update and change the production and the manuals without replacement
obligation for former editions.

ESCRIPTION
The machine that you have bought is an industrial vacuum cleaner designed for the aspiration of: powders,
working residuals, burrs and debri; it has been built to work occasionally in industrial environments or
continuously for long periods of time.
The machine is assembled on a sturdy mobile trolley that allows easy movement inside the working area.
The drums’ and filters construction can be made impemented to meet any requirement in stainless steel
AISI 304: so that it is possibile to use the KLINDEX vacuum cleaners in different industrial fields (chemical,
pharmaceutical, food, etc..). The vacuumed materials are subjected to the cyclonic effect in the drum so that
the solid parts are separated from the light ones that are then drawn towards the main cartridge filter where
they are retained.

MPROPER USE
•
Never suck up lighted cigarette ends and/or flammable materials in general.
•
Never suck substances that may explode in touch with air.
•
Never operate in environments saturated with explosive gases and/or toxic chemical aerosol
packages.
•
Never suck toxic substances prior to an accurate check of the cartridge filter.
•
Never open the electric panel prior to complete disconnection of the main voltage.
•
Never tamper with the equipment.
•
Never disregard the instructions provided in this manual about the use of the machine.
