1. Plug in the unit, and then place containers under both the juice and pulp ejectors.
2. “Play” makes juice, “Reverse” is to be used only when food is stuck, “Stop” stops motor and turns off
the unit.
3. Clean the food before juicing. Please make sure to cut the food into pieces not larger than 3 cm for
optimal extraction, and remove any large hard seeds. Drop food into the feeding tube. Do not push
with force or overstuff. The pusher provided is only to use when food becomes stuck.
1. Turn off the power.
2. Twist the hopper to the right (anticlockwise) and lift to remove it from the motor base.
3. Step to disassemble.
4. Use the brush to clean the parts after operation.
Do not use a metal sponge or scouring powders to clean. Do not use the dishwasher to clean. They can
damage the machine.
5. Do not submerge the base in water. Use a damp or dry towel to clean.
6. Please dry the attachments after cleaning.
Problem Possible reasons Solution
1 Leaking from under
the bowl
Strainer and squeezer
are not plugged in
correctly.
Be sure to plug in strainer and squeezer
tightly after cleaning.
2 Strainer damage Ice, frozen foods, large
hard seeds or pits,
unknown substance,
or excess food in bowl.
Refer to instruction manual for proper usage
and juicing tips. Remember not to overfill
food or force food in.
3 Motor is stuck or has
stopped
Excessive food in the
bowl. Safety feature:
automatic shut off due
to overheating.
Press reverse button 3-5 seconds. Repeat
process 2-3 times. If motor has stopped, let
cool down before trying again.
4 Water mark or scratch
on the squeezing
screw
Molding marks
during manufacturing
process.
These marks and lines on the squeezing
screw are perfectly normal.
5 Bowl is stuck and does
not detach from the
base
Excessive food in
the bowl. Unknown
substance in the bowl.
Press reverse button 3-5 seconds. Repeat
the process 2-3 times. Then, push bowl
upwards while turning.
6 The unit vibrates Sign of motor working
properly.
Vibration is perfectly normal. However,
severe shaking which causes imbalance of
the unit should be checked for a defective
screw.
7 Squeaking noise when
juicing
Friction between the
squeezing screw and
bowl or food.
Squeaking sound is perfectly normal. Do not
run the juicer without any food.
8 Hopper/lid is stuck Excessive food in
the bowl. Unknown
substance in the bowl.
Press reverse button 3-5 seconds. Repeat
the process 2-3 times. Then, press down on
top of the lid while turning.
