If on, the battery gauge will indicate
charging status by counting up over
and over.
Batteries are fully charged in about 3
hours or when the gauge stops
counting up.

Powering On the Tracker
Press and hold the round, blue power button until
the display comes on.
The display will flash all the elements and then
show the idle screen as depicted above.
The battery gauge shows 5 levels of charge, no bars
being the lowest and 4 bars being the highest.
To turn off, press and hold the power button again.
Battery Care and Run Times
The XTN tracking nock is always powered on - it is
not possible, or necessary, to ever turn it off.
When removed from the charger the XTN
automatically enters low-power standby mode.
In standby mode, the XTN is ready to sense being
fired and start transmitting digital packets to the
Tracker.
The XTN can stay in standby mode for up to 1 year
on a fully charged battery, although it is a good idea
to check the battery’s charge status before each use.
To check the battery status of the XTN, plug it into
the charging adapter and pull it out. The number of
LED flashes indicates the charge level of the battery:
4 Flashes - 74% or higher
3 Flashes - 50% to 73%
2 Flashes - 19% to 49%
1 Flash - 18% or Lower

Bloodhound XTN
Plug the supplied charger to the adapter.
Insert the XTN, making certain the nubs on the XTN
line up with the slots in the adapter.
LED’s will flash 1-4 times.
1 time = battery very low; 4 times = fully charged.
LED’s will give a double flash once every second
while charging, flashing stops when charged.

Install proper bushing(s) onto XTN shaft to snuggly fit into arrow/bolt.
CAUTION: See manual & seek expert advice for proper setup
before using; arrow rest, bow riser, and cables clearance is required!
The batteries in the Bloodhound
Tracker and XTN Tracking Nock may
be recharged, or “topped off”, whenever
desired without damaging the batteries.
Charging may be done using the
supplied AC adapter or with a USB
outlet in a vehicle, a USB battery pack
or any other USB source with 1 amp or
more capacity.
The XTN will stay in standby for a year
or can be tracked for 18 hours.
The Tracker can scan or track
continuously for 24 hours on a charge.
If the Tracker is left on for an extended
period of time it will turn off to protect
the battery and must be connected to the
charger to be switched on again.
If the XTN is left in transmit mode for
an extended time it will switch off
transmit mode and revert to storage
mode until placed into the charging
adapter. When in storage mode it cannot
be activated again until charged.
