Assemble units as described herein only. To do otherwise
may result in instability. All screws, nuts and bolts must be
tightened securely and must be checked periodically after
assembly. Failure to assemble properly, or to secure parts
may result in assembly failure and personal injury.

Assembly
1. Clean the top of tote storage unit with
warm water and mild detergent, then
rinse and wipe dry.
2. If casters are assembled to the tote
storage unit, engage the locks on
the casters to prevent the unit from
moving (Figure 1 & Detail A).
3. Use a tape measure and pencil
to locate and mark four pilot hole
locations to the top of the storage
unit. As illustrated, each marked
location should be near each corner

and right/left-hand sides of the top of
the storage unit (Figure 1).
4. To gain access for drilling and to
install fasteners, remove the top
totes from the storage unit where
applicable (Figure 2).
