VII. MAINTENANCE
B. Cleaning Your Axiom Custom Seating
1. Seat or Back Upholstery, Webbing and Fabrics:
a. These surfaces may be wiped clean with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh
detergents, cleaning agents, abrasives or polishes that will make the support surfaces
slippery.
2. Positioning Components and Hardware:
a. Wipe clean with mild soap and water. Use no harsh detergents, cleaning agents,
abrasives or polishes. Do not immerse positioning components underwater.
C. Storage
a. When not in use, keep your seating in a clean, dry area. Failure to do so may result in
damage.
b. If your seating has been in storage for more than a few weeks, you should make sure it is
working properly. You should inspect and service, if necessary, all items in Section VII. A
Inspecting Your Seating System.
c. If your seating has been in storage for more than two months, it should be serviced and
inspected by your authorized supplier before you use it.
