Keysight PD1000A Power Device Measurement System Startup Guide

Running the PD1000A Control Software Demonstration Mode

S-Parameter Demo

To run the PD1000A S-Parameter demonstrations, select either the

State

or the

Off State S-Parameter

test tab.

Check the

Demo Mode

check box on the display screen.

Click the

button at the bottom of the screen.

Just as in running a full device characterization test, the system prompts you to
calibrate the Network Analyzer. For the demo, you do not need to calibrate the
ENA. Click the

Continue

button. The following graphics show the S-Parameter

demonstration displays. A sample result (*.mdm) format file is also produced.
