Connect the Chassis to the AC
Power Line
It is the customer's responsibility to:

Prepare the site with adequate AC power for the system
-
Provide a power cord (from the AC line mains disconnect to the chassis)

Four power cords are available from Agilent for the M9514A:

Y1235A for 1-phase, no Neutral, 250VAC, NEMA L6-30P, 2.5 M (8.2 feet)

Y1236A for 3-phase, Wye with Neutral, 240/415VAC, IEC 60309, 2.5 M
(8.2 feet)

Y1237A for 3-phase, Delta/Wye, no Neutral, 250VAC, NEMA L15-30P, 2.5

information about the Agilent power cords.

An IEC 60309 (3P+N+E, 6H Red) plug is installed on the chassis at the
factory. This can be used for connecting the above Agilent power cords.

Connect the system to the AC power source.
Those responsible for the proper design and installation of the power distribution
system must have a thorough knowledge of the appropriate local and regional
electrical codes and the limitations of the power system.
1 These are the AC power cord ratings, not the AC power ratings for the M9514A chassis. The Agilent M9514A
chassis AC input is rated to 240 VAC line-to-line. See Appendix A for cord information.
