Returning an Instrument for Service
Should it become necessary to return an instrument for repair or service, refer to the
information below.
It is recommended that you return all modules and cables of the
M8920A Radio Test Set for repair and calibration.

support for your Radio Test Solution. To obtain servicing information or to order
replacement parts, contact the nearest Keysight Technologies office listed below. In
any correspondence or telephone conversations, refer to the modules by serial
number and the instrument by model number, its product number, full serial number,
and software revision.
Press System, Show System, and the product numbers, serial numbers, and software
revision information will be displayed. Each module has a serial number. The M8920A
Radio Test Set has a unique identifier (UID), which is generated automatically from the
serial numbers of the individual modules. A serial number label is also attached to the
rear panel of each module.
