Performance Verification

Verification Tests

Frequency Gain Verification Test Procedure

Q = Quick performance verification test points.

Connect the AC Standard across the multimeter’s HI and LO input terminals as
shown in Figure 4-7.

Set up the Keysight E1412A as follows:
Reset multimeter

*RST

Configure for frequency

CONF:FREQ

Set the AC Standard as follows:
Output

10 mV

Frequency

100 Hz

Set the multimeter to the 100 mVac range as follows: Set amplitude range,
100 mV FREQ:VOLT:RANG 0.1.

Perform the measurement using the READ? command.

Verify the result is within specified limits and record the result.

Change amplitude range using FREQ:VOLT:RANG <range> and make a
measurement for the 1V, 100 kHz input shown in Table 4-5 verifying the result
is within specified limits. Record the result.
