If the dimensions are not identical for the two features, adjust the Y
Non-linearity terms according to the equation:

Adjust

for the Up scan and adjust

using the Down scan.

Use the diagram in

target. The spacing between features should be approximately the same
across the scan range for the Trace and Retrace scans.
